Lebanese Kafta at Yalla Beiruty

Kafta is comfort food in its most flavorful form. At Yalla Beiruty, our Kafta Kabab is made from fresh ground beef mixed with a blend of juicy vegetables and slow-cooked over the grill until it is smoky and tender. It is one of the dishes that defines a Lebanese grill, and ours is halal and made fresh from scratch with no artificial flavoring, coloring, or preservatives.

You can enjoy kafta at both of our South Florida homes — Dania Beach at 1104 S Federal Hwy and Coconut Creek at 6718 N State Road 7. Our recipe comes from family, carried from our roots in Montreal across more than 15 years of cooking.

What Goes Into Our Kafta

Great kafta starts with the mix. We blend fresh ground beef with vegetables, then shape and grill it so the edges char while the inside stays juicy. The slow cooking over the grill is what gives it that signature smoky depth. Each order is two skewers, served with grilled vegetables, garlic sauce, grilled garlic bread, and your choice of seasoned rice, Lebanese rice, plain fries, or Beiruty fries.
