Vegan & Vegetarian Lebanese Dishes at Yalla Beiruty

Lebanese cuisine is one of the most plant-friendly traditions in the world, and at Yalla Beiruty we celebrate that. We are proudly vegan and vegetarian friendly, with a menu full of dishes that just happen to be meat-free — not afterthoughts, but classics. Everything is halal and made fresh from scratch with no artificial flavoring, coloring, or preservatives.

Plant-based guests are right at home at both locations: Dania Beach at 1104 S Federal Hwy and Coconut Creek at 6718 N State Road 7. Here is how to build a full, satisfying meal without any meat.

Cold Appetizers to Start

Begin with the greats: creamy hummus, smoky Baba Ghannouj, walnut-rich Muhammara, Vegetarian Grape Leaves, and Zaatar with olive oil and sumac. Add Olives and Turnips and a colorful Fresh Cut Veggies plate. Our Vegetarian Kibbeh Neyeh — cracked wheat marinated with diced tomatoes, mint, and onions — is a standout for the adventurous.

Hot Plant-Based Plates

For something warm, our Falafel is crisp, golden, and entirely vegan. Batata Harra brings garlicky, spicy potatoes; Mudardara layers rice, brown lentils, and fried onions with tahini; and our Whole Cauliflower with tahini, almonds, and pomegranate molasses is a showpiece. The Eggplant Stew on Rice, slow-cooked for 24 hours with tomato, peppers, onions, garlic, and chickpeas, is a deeply satisfying vegan main.

Fresh Salads

Our Tabouleh and Fattouch salads are both naturally vegan, built on parsley, vegetables, and bright lemon-olive-oil dressings. The Beats Salad and Lentil Soup round out the lighter side of the menu beautifully.

Build Your Own Vegan Feast

Mix and match to create a spread that rivals any meat-centered meal. A vegan table of hummus, falafel, batata harra, tabbouleh, and eggplant stew is colorful, filling, and full of flavor — proof that Lebanese cooking treats vegetables as stars, not sides. (Note: a few dishes contain dairy, like labneh and halloumi, so let your server know if you are fully vegan.)
